Boulders

This is my story about boulders.

Boulders

I’m walking down the beach as I see large sphere shaped boulders lounging all around me. I hear tiny waves thrashing onto the rocks.

I can taste the salty sea air. Wind is howling all around me. I feel lonely but peaceful. I look up and see misty clouds all around me. Another boulder falls down. I run away not wanting to be crushed.

Wow what a sight it's like a meteor shower but in the day time. My heart is thudding as I shuffle over to the boulder it has a crack down the middle. I look in I look out I look in I look out. I can’t believe it, it's a gigantic greenstone. I start breathing very deeply. I must keep this a secret.

I dash home to my bedroom and grab a small bag. I ran back and took a small sample. Then CRACK I step back  there is a huge crack below my feet I start falling my heart is beating fast. Then doof! I’ve landed and it’s soft? I look down. I see some sort of creature. I sit there looking at it confused, I see eyes looking up at me  They are wide and beadey and I don’t see how?

I stand up and try to find some sort of way up But I don’t see anything. I sit down and start crying, how am I going to get home?
